- Monday 27 July - Ticket sales open for £70.16 tickets
- Monday 27 July - Auction site open for browsing
- Monday 27 July - Miranda monitors ticket sales to see if we need to convert more tables of 10 into tables of 4+6
- Friday 31 July - Some social media input about progress on ticket sales
- Friday 31 July - Final decisions needed on which lots are to be sold on the night
- Friday 31 July - Final decision needed on how we are handling off-site bidding on the night (phone bids, online live bids, leaving a maximum bid on the books, no bids)
- Monday 3 August - Ballot date for the Horse Trials
- Friday 7 August - Ticket sales open for £20 tickets (just a suggestion – what do you think?)
- Monday 10 August - Social media pushing whichever ticket sales need pushing
- Friday 14 August - Bidding opens on the auction lots
- Friday 14 August - Social media announces details of the slave auction
- Monday 17 August - During this week, we start closing the bidding on some of the lots
- Monday 17 August - Celebrate some of the early sales on social media
- Friday 21 August - Horse Trials starts.
- Friday 21 August - Bidding closed on about half the lots.
- Friday 21 August - Start selling raffle tickets at the Horse Trials (keeps us within legislative requirements – cannot sell them before the event. Also no “Buy 4 get 1 free” deals allowed on raffle tickets.)
- Saturday 22 August - Party
